Carolina Narrow Fabric is a manufacturer
of narrow textiles used in the medical, industrial, military, and
aerospace markets. We have a 77 year history serving the narrow fabric
and specialty market. We have manufactured a large percentage for
the current manufacturers supplying casting/splinting and medical
supplies to the industry.
Four decades in manufacturing medical supplies has lead us to market
our very own casting product line. We have manufactured a large percentage
of Casting/Splinting products that are currently supplying the medical
industry through several Fortune 500 companies. As a result, we are
now offering a full line of fracture care products, as well as, a
unique "Turn Key" relationship with a direct to market manufacturer
